Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's motion for partial summary judgment, filed March 17, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at the trial session scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on June 27, 2022, at the Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Room 3908, 39th Floor, Chicago, Illinois, 60604. It is further
