In an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from a collision of vehicles, order, insofar as appealed from, directing examination of appellant, affirmed, without costs; the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
