Darling alleged nine grounds for relief and the district court rejected them all. Darling v. Sec'y, Fla. Dep't of Corr., No. 6:07-cv-1701-Orl-31GJK, 2010 WL 2471441 (M.D. Fla. June 17, 2010). The district court also denied Darling a certificate of appealability.
