ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. To effectuate an expedited decision in this case, the following schedule is hereby imposed:

Defendants' answer(s) to the complaint and brief(s) in support are due on or before May 31, 2022. Plaintiff may file a reply brief, but that brief will be due immediately after defendants' answer and the Court may not await its filing before ruling in this matter.

All motions, including motions to participate as amicus curiae, shall be filed by 11:00 a.m. on May 31, 2022. Such motions shall be accompanied by a brief in support of the motion. All responses to motions, and briefs in support of responses, shall be filed on or before May 31, 2022.

No extensions of time will be allowed for filing motions or briefs except by order of the Court.

Pursuant to MCR 7.206(D)(4), this matter will be submitted for decision on the briefs filed without oral argument.
