On June 1, 2023, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Objection) and an Unsworn Declaration in Support of her Objection. Review of petitioner's Unsworn Declaration reveals that it is a duplicate of petitioner's Objection.
