An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 11, 2022, and said appeal having been perfected, And an order of this Court entered on November 01, 2022 (M-2022-03347) having denied the motion by plaintiff-appellant, pro se, for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the aforesaid appeal, and for other relief, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for clarification of the aforesaid order of this Court entered on November 01, 2022 (M-2022-03347), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, after consideration by this Court of the factors delineated in CPLR 1101(a), including the merits of appellant's contentions on appeal.
