ASSAULT AND BATTERY, § 22when judgment for plaintiff for alleged assault was sustained by evidence. On appeal from judgment for plaintiff in action for alleged assault, where it appeared that when plaintiff went to defendant's tavern to get her husband, altercation ensued between plaintiff and defendant and ten minutes later plaintiff was found in unconscious condition lying face down on sidewalk in front of tavern with some of her hair pulled out and was shown to have fractured skull, held that judgment was sustained by evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. WILLIAM J. WIMBISCUS, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the April term, 1945.
