ORDER

DIANA L. LEYDEN SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE.

On July 17, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report. On August 13, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties. By Order served August 14, 2024, this case was assigned to the undersigned for disposition.

The Court has reviewed the current status of petitioner's First Request for Admissions, filed January 13, 2020, and has decided at this time to continue to hold it in abeyance pursuant to the Court's Order served March 18, 2020, thereby relieving respondent of his responsibility to respond by a particular date to the request for admissions. Rule 90(c). Pursuant to the conference call with the parties, the Court will direct the parties to file a joint status report in 60 days.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 15, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
