David Leuin Dannelley & Mariana Peralta Dannelley Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On October 26, 2021, the Court issued an Order directing the Commissioner to file a status report to address an error contained in the notice of determination issued to petitioner Mariana Peralta Dannelley and to confirm whether a notice of determination had been issued to petitioner David Leuin Dannelley that would confer jurisdiction on this Court. On November 8, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report (Doc. 19), which requested that he needed 30 days to submit a copy of the notice of determination issued to Mr. Dannelley. Shortly thereafter, the Commissioner filed another status report (Doc. 20), this time with a copy of the notice of determination issued to Mr. Dannelley. The status report also addressed the typographical error on the cover page of the notice of determination issued to Mrs. Dannelley. We will strike the status report at filed at Doc. 19 as duplicative. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's status report (Doc. 19), is hereby stricken from the Court's record.
