On August 12, 2022, counsel for respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel. In that motion, respondent represents that another counsel has entered an appearance and will continue to represent respondent in this case. Furthermore, respondent represents that petitioner has no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw Counsel, filed on August 12, 2022, is granted and attorney Min Young Chan is hereby withdrawn as respondent's counsel of record.
