PATTIJO DANIELS, et al., Plaintiff, v. NORTHSHORE SCHOOL DISTRICT, Defendant.

ORDER

LAUREN KING UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Having reviewed the Report and Recommendation of the Honorable Brian A. Tsuchida, United States Magistrate Judge, any objections or responses to that, and the record, the Court finds and ORDERS:

(1) The Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation.

(2) The Court DENIES plaintiffs' appeal, AFFIRMS the ALJ's decision, and GRANTS defendant judgment as a matter of law. A preponderance of the evidence shows that the ALJ correctly determined that Northshore School District did not violate the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., and did not deny P.D. a free appropriate public education (“FAPE”).

(3) The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to the parties and to Judge Tsuchida.
