MELISSA DANIELS,1 Petitioner, Appellant, v. JASON HENRY, Respondent, Appellee.

Court—Family Court of the State of Delaware, in and for Kent County File No. CK94-4074 Pet. No. 10-34019

ORDER

This 27th day of January 2012, it appears to the Court that, on January 10, 2012, the Clerk, after granting appellant several extensions of time, issued a directive to appellant to file her opening brief on or before January 24 or else dismissal of the appeal would be deemed unopposed. Appellant failed to respond or file her brief; therefore, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b), that the within appeal is DISMISSED.

BY THE COURT:

Henry duPont Ridgely

Justice
