MEMORANDUM OPINION


This is an appeal from a judgment signed May 16, 2007. The clerk's record was filed on August 17, 2007. The reporter's record was filed October 4, 2007. No brief was filed.

On November 29, 2007, this Court issued an order stating that unless appellant submitted his brief on or before January 3, 2008, together with a motion reasonably explaining why the brief was late, the Court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b).

Appellant filed no response.

Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
