The judgment of contempt is reversed. The case is remanded to the Probate Court for determination of the alimony obligation in light of the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court, for recalculation of the award of fees and costs if warranted, and for determination, after hearing, whether equity requires that the wife make restitution of all or part of the alimony paid to her pursuant to the alimony order and judgment of contempt.
