By letter dated January 18, 2022, we informed appellant her January 12, 2022 brief did not comply with rule 9 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. We directed appellant to file an amended brief that complied with the rules of appellate procedure within ten days. To date, appellant has not done so. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted on appellant's January 12, 2022 brief.

Appellee's brief is due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
