YANIKA DANIELS, Appellant v. SUSIE BATTIE, Appellee

On Appeal from the 199th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 199-06655-2020

ORDER

CRAIG SMITH JUSTICE

The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. On November 12, 2021, court reporter LaTresta Ginyard requested an extension to November 15. To date, however, the record has not been filed. Accordingly, on our own motion, we EXTEND the deadline to November 22, 2021. We DENY Ms. Ginyard's motion as moot.

Because the record was first due September 2, 2021, we caution that further extensions will not be granted absent exigent circumstances.
