MEMORANDUM AND ORDER


Before the Court is a Stipulation of the parties to stay class action certification proceedings. This Stipulation was received by the Court on April 28, 2003. On April 30, 2003, the Court granted in part and denied in part the Defendant, Kenneth L. Baritz, Esquire,'s 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss. Since the issue for staying class action certification proceedings has now been resolved, the Court enters the following Order:

1. All discovery, including that touching on plaintiff's motion for class action certification, shall be completed on or before August 1, 2003.

2. The parties will jointly recommend to the Court any further discovery program on or before June 2, 2003.
