The petition by the plaintiff in error Dennis Driscoll for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 75 Conn. App. 864 (AC 22542), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that an attorney violates rule 3.3 (a) (1) and (d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct by not correcting or supplementing statements made to the court by another attorney?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 17002.
