Appeals having been taken from three orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 14, 2019, March 15, 2019 and May 6, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved for a calendar preference restoring the matter to the September Term, or in the alternative, for a stay of trial pending hearing and determination of the appeals taken from the aforementioned orders, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the trial pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and is otherwise denied.
