Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On September 29, 2023, the parties filed, among other things, a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the parties have improperly attached several documents to the Proposed Stipulated Decision. Because of these attachments, the Court is unable to process the Proposed Stipulated Decision as currently filed. That being so, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 27, 2023, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
