Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to remand and motion for continuance, both filed September 25, 2023, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's October 16, 2023, Dallas, Texas, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than November 27, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than December 27, 2023, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
