On November 17, 2022, respondent's counsel, T. Alan Friday, filed two motions to withdraw as counsel, which appear substantively duplicative (Doc. Index Nos. 7 and 8). Mr. Friday indicates there are no objections to the granting of his motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw As Counsel, filed November 17, 2022, at Doc. Index No. 7, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw As Counsel, filed November 17, 2022, at Doc. Index No. 8, is granted and T. Alan Friday is withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case.
