ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Boston, Massachusetts trial session, scheduled to begin March 25, 2024.

On January 30, 2024, petitioners Bailey Dangora and Mark Dangora filed a motion to add small tax case designation. The motion, however, does not state whether or not there is an objection by the Commissioner. Therefore, we will allow the Commissioner to file an objection, if any, to the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 20, 2024, the Commissioner shall file an objection, if any, to the Dangoras' motion to add small tax case designation.
