ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

A petition was filed in this case on February 23, 2021. On January 31, 2022, petitioners filed a letter advising that they have resolved the matter with the IRS and wished to withdraw the petition. The appropriate procedure in this matter is for the parties to communicate with each other and submit appropriate documents to conclude this matter. Respondent's counsel (IRS lawyer) is Brian Pfeifer (916-974-5723). The Court will order that the parties communicate and submit appropriate documents to conclude this matter.
