ORDER

The reporter's record was due March 13, 2017. By postcard dated that same date, we directed court reporter Joseph Phillips to file the reporter's record in the above appeal within thirty days. To date, the record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Mr. Phillips regarding the reporter's record.

We ORDER court reporter Joseph Phillips to file the reporter's record in the above appeal within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. Mr. Phillips is cautioned that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure that this appeal proceeds in a timely fashion, which may include ordering that he not sit as a court reporter until the record in this appeal is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; Joseph Phillips, court reporter, 265th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties
