Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On March 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, seeking to dismiss this case as to tax year 2020. On September 29, 2023, respondent filed a supplement to his motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 20, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as supplemented. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
