ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN, CHIEF JUDGE.

On August 23, 2024, Ana Guzman filed an Entry of Appearance as counsel for respondent. Upon review, however, although petitioner receives paper service, no certificate of service showing that petitioner was served is attached to that Entry of Appearance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2024, respondent shall file an appropriate certificate of service with respect to the above-described Entry of Appearance. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Entry of Appearance.
