ORDERED that Brett Preston, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Rachel Rappazzo, Esq., 2025 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12306 is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
