Appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Major, J.), entered March 7, 2001, which granted the motion of defendants Village of East Syracuse, Village of East Syracuse Police Department, Richard Hargraves, Michael Regan, Robert Briggs, Paul Gottfried, Todd Cerio, and Paula Lynch for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint against them.
