Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; E. C. Robinson, Judge.

Action by Evelyn Dam, a minor, by F. H. Dam, her guardian ad litem, and another, against the Lake Aliso Riding School, a copartnership, Cornelia Van Ness Cress and others, which was dismissed at time of trial against all the defendants except as to Cornelia Van Ness Cress. From the judgments and orders, the plaintiffs appeal.

Judgments and orders affirmed.
