An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 12, 2020 (Mot. Seq. Nos. 004, 005, 006), And defendants/counter-plaintiff-appellants having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, and, upon vacatur, for a final sixty (60) day extension of time to perfect same conditioned upon the filing by appellants of a motion to consolidate the above appeal with an appeal of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 1, 2021 ((Mot. Seq. Nos. 007, 009), within ten (10) days hereof, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal and reinstating the aforesaid appeal and extending the time to perfect same to the May 2022 Term of this Court. The motion is otherwise denied.
