The final judgment is modified by deleting the second paragraph thereof, and adding a new paragraph remanding the case to the board for further proceedings in accordance with the memorandum and order on file in the Appeals Court. The Land Court may impose such requirements for the timely and final submission by the plaintiff to the board, and for final action by the board, as the court shall deem appropriate. The judge may, in her discretion, retain jurisdiction of the case.
