Daly v. Ocean Club of Palm Beach

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 13, 1992
597 So. 2d 975 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 90-1755.

May 13, 1992.

Appeal and cross appeal from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Edward Fine, Judge.

Edward Ricci of Edward Ricci Associates, P.A., and Philip M. Burlington of Edna L. Caruso, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellants/cross appellees.

Leigh Lassiter and Janis Brustares Keyser of Reid, Ricca Rigell, West Palm Beach, for appellees/cross appellants.

AFFIRMED. We do not believe any claim of error as to the jury instructions was preserved in the trial court, and we find no abuse of discretion by the trial court with reference to the other claims of error. Our resolution of the main appeal moots the issue raised on cross-appeal.

ANSTEAD, HERSEY and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
