ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Richard T. Morrison, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Mobile, Alabama Trial Session conducted remotely on February 23, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. This case was recalled later the same morning. Again, there was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. This case was recalled again on February 24, 2022. Once again, there was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and orally moved that the Court dismiss this case for lack of prosecution. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before March 28, 2022, show cause in writing why respondent's February 24, 2022 oral motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution should not be granted and a decision entered.
