On October 27, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report. In his report respondent indicated that a revised decision document was sent to petitioner. On October 20, 2021, respondent sent a follow-up email to petitioner and her administrative power of attorney. On October 25, 2021, respondent attempted to call petitioner's telephone number listed on the petition and received an automated message that the voice-mail box is full and cannot leave a message at this time. The Court attempted to call petitioner and received the same automated message. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned, and this case is restored to general docket. 1
