On September 21, 2021, these cases were called from the calendar of the Court's remote Baltimore, Maryland Trial Session, for hearing on respondent's June 1, 2021 motion for summary judgment. The parties appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is ORDERED that respondent's June 1, 2021 motion for summary judgment is denied. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are calendared for trial during the Court's November 29, 2021 remote Los Angeles, California Trial Session, at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
