Action for declaratory judgment determining the rights and legal relations of the parties with respect to twenty-nine bonds of defendant, The New York Gas and Electric Light, Heat and Power Company, dated February 1, 1899, bearing interest at four per cent per annum, due February 1, 1949, in the principal sum of $1,000 each and adjudging that plaintiffs received each of said bonds in good faith and for value and that they are the holders in due course thereof and can transfer good title thereto. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
