ORDER

On September 3, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Compel Production of Documents, and a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories.

This case was called and recalled twice at the Court's remote Houston, Texas trial session on November 1, 2021. Petitioner Mr. Dalwon Kang and counsel for respondent appeared and indicated that the parties had reached a basis for settlement and needed time to prepare computations and sign a decision document. The parties anticipated being able to submit a decision document within sixty (60) days of the calendar call.

After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, filed September 3, 2021, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, filed September 3, 2021, is denied as moot.
