The clerk's record was filed August 14, 2017. The record reflects appellant had a jury trial in which the jury determined guilt/innocence and assessed punishment. The clerk's record, however, does not contain the jury charge on punishment. We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charge on punishment.
