This case is currently scheduled for trial at the Court's San Diego, California, remote trial session, which begins September 20, 2021.

On June 7, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Mary J. Dallas. We will ask Mr. and Mrs. Dallas to file a response to the motion. If Mr. and Mrs. Dallas fail to file a response, we are inclined to grant the motion and dismiss Mrs. Dallas from this case for lack of jurisdiction. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 9, 2021, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas shall file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
