The clerk's record reflects that in the trial court's May 1, 2024 "Order Denying Dallas County, Texas' Plea to the Jurisdiction," the trial court ordered Plaintiff/Appellee Larry Henderson to "re-plead and/or amend [his] retaliation and gender claims no later than sixty (60) days of this Court's order." The trial court's docket sheet does not reflect that the pleading was filed, and the pleading was not included in the clerk's record.
Accordingly, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file within TEN DAYS of the date of this Order either (1) a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the amended pleading, or (2) written verification that the pleading was not filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
