Before the Court is appellee's January 3, 2022 unopposed motion for extension of time to file her brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief received December 23, 2021 filed as of the date of this order.
We note that, on November 9 and 18, 2021, we ordered Dallas County Clerk John F. Warren to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of certain exhibits that were missing from a document included in a supplemental record filed October 27, 2021. Rather than filing a supplemental record containing only the missing exhibits, Mr. Warren filed a corrected record on December 15, 2021 containing a copy of the missing exhibits as well as the documents included in the October 27th record. Accordingly, as the December 15th corrected record includes the documents in the October 27th record, we STRIKE the October 27th record.
