This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is set for trial during the Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on September 23, 2024. The case is now before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 9, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served April 25, 2024, at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday, September 23, 2024, as previously directed and otherwise need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order served April 25, 2024.
