ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On September 12, 2022, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. Upon review of that application, petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied.

Petitioner is reminded that the Court's filing fee for this case is due on or before October 24, 2022, pursuant to the Court's Order served September 22, 2022. Failure to comply with that Order may result in the dismissal of this case for lack of jurisdiction. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee can be found in the "Guidance for Petitioners" tab of the Court's website at www.ustaxcourt.gov.
