ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's May 1, 2017 motion for substitution of counsel. In the motion, appellant states he has hired Scott Brown and asks we substitute said counsel for his court-appointed counsel Lawrence Mitchell. Mr. Brown and Mr. Mitchell have conferred and agree to the substitution. Accordingly, we GRANT appellant's motion. The Clerk is DIRECTED to remove Lawrence Mitchell. Scott Brown is now counsel of record. All future correspondence shall be sent to Scott Brown, 3100 West 7th Street, Suite 420, Fort Worth, Texas 76107. We ORDER appellant's brief due June 12, 2017.
