Upon due consideration of the status report filed by respondent on November 3, 2021, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of above-docketed collection proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before February 3, 2022, file with the Court further written reports advising of the then-present status of this case, in particular the progress made towards resolution, by settlement or otherwise, of the issues raised in this matter, and attaching thereto a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
