This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's June 5, 2023, Memphis, Tennessee, trial session. On February 7, 2023, the Court served a Notice Setting Case for Trial and a Standing Pretrial Order on petitioner, which were later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Forward Time Exp - Rtn to Send."

On March 9, 2023, petitioner informally provided Court personnel with her current mailing address. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the (1) Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 16) and (2) Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 17) on petitioner at her current address.
