On October 20, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that respondent and petitioner both signed the proposed decision using a cursive font. The Court does not accept for electronic filing a stipulated decision that contains a stylized signature such as one using a cursive font. See Rules 23(a)(3); Practitioner's Guide to Electronic Case Access and Filing, Form, and Style of Documents.
