ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

This case is currently set for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 16, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia. On August 1, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion to continue this case to the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence in Atlanta, Georgia on December 16, 2024. The motion indicates that additional time will allow the parties to reach a basis for settlement in this case. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance filed August 1, 2024, is granted, in that this case is continued for trial from the Court's September 16, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session scheduled to commence on December 16, 2024, at 10:00am at the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner, S.W., Room 1136, 11th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the December 16, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia trial session.
