DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28

So much of the judgment as upheld the plaintiff's confinement in the Plymouth unit is reversed, and the judgment shall be amended to declare invalid the plaintiff's confinement in the Plymouth unit absent compliance with the applicable departmental segregation unit regulations. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed. The orders denying the plaintiff's postjudgment motions are affirmed.
